Finances
I’ve discovered the wide world of check book balancing. When “Ex #1″ was in the military, I could never really do it, because he was a spending freak overseas, he ignored when we had to pay bills, and the military would pay us at different times. So I said fuck it.
But now that I have a job again, I want to start keeping track of everything. Soon, I’ll open up my own checking account just for me. I’m considering Bank of America because they’ve been doing all that new secure crap, and their cards have your picture on them. I’m so used to BB&T though.
I’ve decided that a present to myself for my birthday is either going to be a digital camera, or a laptop. Haven’t decided which yet, I plan to have both eventually. Though I’m really watching my spending to make sure bills are paid and I always have extra money for emergencies. It’s just going to take a while to get to that point.

That’s something that I need to start taking seriously too. I’m hoping to set up some sort of database at home, that I can compare to my bank statements that come out monthly. Need to start being more frugal with the money if I ever want to save up enough for a car.. muwaha.
Oh, and btw.. don’t be paranoid, it’s not you.
