Dad’s Garden Creativity

June 7th 2004

My dad has always been good with plants. We used to raise a lot of crops back in the day, and even now he probably has the best green thumb I know with his flowers. We have old women stop by occasionally to get seeds from our flowers.

But I’ve always found it adorable how creative he gets with his planters. He finds old equipment or such to use as actual flower pots around our place. And I thought I’d share:

A Witches Cauldron?

An old chicken feeder

An old toolbox

A tree stump

Ha, my old bed

A tractor tire

A trough

An old wash tub

His most recent addition, an old boot

Another tree stump

An old milk container
