Yes they are. I want one so I can shop online and shit and get a credit rating, but as I don’t have credit already…..they won’t give me credit….fuckers.

hey borla; Ive heard that before! LOL! I had a visa platinum card with a 6 thousand dollar balance. It was my FIRST card. I racked it up 7 grand, and then had no idea how to pay it off. I made a deal with them, and they settled for a 4 thousand dollar payoff, and my father GAVE me the money.
