Fish Tank

August 7th 2004

I’ve decided that I want a fish tank. I want one in my office, I want one at home. In highschool for science research we were given a grant to start a saltwater fish tank my senior year, and it was the most facinating thing. I love the ocean and I love fish.

So I’ve decided I want a fish tank.

Tony Dead?

August 6th 2004

My uncle Stanley just called and said my cousin Tony might have been killed today.

First Tommy in the Hospital from being stabbed
Then mom filing for custodyagain
And now Tony might be dead..?

Has the world gone completely fucking insane? It just can’t be -this- cruel.

Presidents

August 3rd 2004

Granted I don’t do much with politics except with parts that concern me (such as the environment), but there are times when I get wrapped up in political discussion or something.

Throughout many of the discussions, President Clinton had been brought up, about how it would be nice to have him back as a president. And I have to agree he wasn’t bad in my opinion.

And tonight, my father and I were talking about JFK and how good of a President he was and how it would be nice to have him as our president now to straighten out this god forsaken mess that Bush has put us in.

And it just seems that in every conversation I’ve had, the presidents that were accused of ‘non-christian’ values. Clinton and Monica, Clinton and Marijuanna, JFK and Marilyn. And though I don’t agree with what Clinton did as a person (his infidelity), why does that have any affect on his presidency? These past presidents had flaws just like everyone else, and didn’t try to act all holy and mighty like Bush.

I don’t care that about the whole “well they represent our country to the world” bit. Of course they do, and America is far from perfect, so why try to act like it is? Maybe we’d gain more respect if we didn’t always act like we were always right and better than everyone else, we wouldn’t be seen as we are. It’s my opinion that we should have some -real- people representing our country, not fake, overwhelming, dumbasses.

Just something I’ve thought about.

My ex-husband was in the newspaper today for having a car show reject. Amusing. He’s offering to buy the oldsmobile from my father and I, which will take one of these off our hands. I should be getting tags for the other bronco in a week or two.
As for my baby, from […]
