Early Morning Rambling

September 8th 2005

2:27am. Woke up in tears from some nightmare. Apparently was already crying in my sleep and woke up pretty shaken up and not exactly sure why. The dream was very private and personal, not one I’ll be sharing here. It’s not something I’ve really thought about in a long time.

4:45am. Woke up with a very dry mouth. I’ve attempted to gather what little water we have out of the now defrosted icecube trays, but somehow my tongue still feels dry. Can’t wait to get to work so I can get something cold. I can’t get back to sleep, I don’t know if it’s the stress or what. Tempted to hop in the bronco and go for a drive and find a store to buy something cold but I need to conserve gas and money if I’m going to be buying a new fridge. One of the disadvantages to being out in the country, the closest store is 20 minutes away. When I my dad wakes up I’ll ask him what he wants me to do, if we’re going to keep messing with this one or not. Sears will take 2-7 days to deliver a new one. I found a semi-cheap one for about $500 on their website. Good time to work on credit, yes?

I suppose since I’m up this early, I can work on some of those loose ends I posted earlier. I have some storywriting I have to do too for both MUDs, and I’m usually the most creative first thing in the morning.
