I just discovered the pain of hot water on a fresh burn. I burn myself often on the woodstove, since our house is so small, so that’s not a big thing. But when the burn is still bubbling and you have to take a hot shower for work, it’s an interesting experience. It’s almost facinating, the discoloration and whatnot.
