An end to the dealership debacle

February 24th 2006

So after all the issues I was dealing with purchasing my mustang, I’ve now received a card saying my tags are in, and that I can come and pick them up.

Now…I live a good distance away from this dealership, they know this. I would say about an hour, hour and a half depending on traffic. And now they want me to come pick up my tags, and they won’t ship them? Please.

My boss is having her house built about 15 minutes away from the dealership, and they have to go and do drywall inspections and meetings with the builders pretty often. Being as cool as she is, she offered to pretend to be my sister and go pick them up for me on one of her trips to the site.

That should take care of that problem, then hopefully I won’t have to deal with these people anymore.

I work at a dealership and we send letters out to customers as well about their tags but we have no problem sending them out. We’ll even over night them. Sounds like you’re dealing with an awful dealer.

Thorn in the Paw

My son had a piece of old rusty metal in his paw. This is the second time since I got him in…2002(?) that he’s gotten something in his paw from our backyard. The first time was an old roofing nail, this looked like an old piece of chicken wire. Old chicken houses that used to […]
