So lets talk about this white/blancos thing
I can’t say I have a problem with immigrants, since most of us are immigrants. But damn.
Honestly I have a huge problem with the Equal Opportunity bullshit that requires companies (such as the one I’m working for) to hire blacks, handicapped and other minorities, JUST because of their race, orientation, etc.
I don’t like black history month, I don’t like spanish radio stations, I don’t like Nazi’s or the Ku Klux Klan, I hate that damned baptist church in Kansas, I don’t like foreign technical support people on the phone when I have a problem. I don’t like the fact that if I have a son, and he is white, that he has less of a chance at getting a job than someone that may be less qualified because he happens to be a white male.
For a country that is supposed to be all built on this concept of freedom and color-blindness, we sure do put a lot of emphasize on religion and race. Fucking hypocrites.

All I can say is that I am white and I am proud and I consider myself an American. Not a “euro” american (yeah, I said it!) but an american. I was born here, my parents and grandparents were born here (and on one side even further back than taht).
I say, people should get over it already. I agree with you.

I can’t help but find it amusing to see how the supposed white majority reacts when treated as a minority.
Discrimination of all sorts is unfortunate, but it will always exist in some shape or form.. sometimes more subtle than other times.

My point was, it shouldn’t exist
I’m not really concerned about the minority groups against white people, since being female, I’m technically a minority. My problem is with this country putting so much emphasis on minority groups, while just creating new ones.
