Rifle Season: Part 2

November 27th 2006

My second trek out Saturday afternoon was less successful. Several doe’s, and no good shots to take. Which is probably for the best because I have some very awesome recoil bruises on both of my arms which I might take a picture of for prosterity purposes.

I must have been nestled in a Cardinal haven, because there were at least 3 sets of male/female cardinals, one of which almost dive-bombed my head while I was resting next to a tree.

Spent the majority of yesterday working on online projects. Gathering stuff for the monthly ADF website update, working on the MUD. Had some fantastic RP sessions this weekend with the players. Saved logs of most of it, since that’s once thing I wish I did more when I played TP.

Not really looking forward to work without my friend there today. He broke up the repetativeness of coding all day. He said he’d stop by often though, which is good.

I’ve also figured out that I need to teach myself to be as anal as designers, so I don’t get so many emails sent back to me about things that are 1 pixel off.

rotflmao! that 1 pixel is a bitch!!! I admit to zooming in 500% or more to tweak those little pixels when I create stuff. I am soooooo anal. glad to hear you are joining the club. I would make you a card, but it would take ma all night and, well… I have enough to anal-yze about tonight. if you ever need info on how to undye your hair, come to me. (I couldn’t have listened to you- I having been doing this to myself for too long, and am now undoing it. BLECK)

I’ve discovered the wide world of check book balancing. When “Ex #1″ was in the military, I could never really do it, because he was a spending freak overseas, he ignored when we had to pay bills, and the military would pay us at different times. So I said fuck it.
But now that […]
