End of the Comcast Debacle

June 12th 2007

I just called the local Comcast office, and was on hold for 19 minutes at 4 seconds, during which time our accountant at work decided to snoop around on the Comcast website for me while I waited (still on hold). Now I know I checked numerous times on the Comcast website and tried to submit a cancellation form for the automatic billing, but it continued to give me an error.

However when my co-worker did it, she was able to do it successfully, so hopefully that should be the end of this little debacle.

I wonder how long I would have been on hold.

Now wtf was the point in conceding. Could have at least waited it out, I kinda wanted to see what would have happened.
